Web Form Management

Each user can manage their forms under their own account and share them with other users through the template library.

 

"My Forms" tab - The user perspective

• Each user can manage an unlimited number of web forms.
• You can track changes and rollback to a previous version in the revision tab.
• Forms can be annotated, categorized and shared in a template library.

The Administrator View

• The administrator can monitor the activity on all forms existing in the system.
• Templates shared by users can be moderated and removed from the library if needed.
• Logs can be reviewed to troubleshoot problems.
