Reports and Export Options
FormAssembly On-Site offers several simple and easy ways to review submitted data.
In addition to the automated emails and RSS notifications that form author receives, responses can be reviewed in the application's My Responses tab.
Detail of a Form Submission
The response detail gives you a clear view of the submitted data along with additional information like completion time, referer information, and more.
Responses can easily be edited, printed, and annotated.
Aggregate Reports
An aggregate view of your responses is automatically generated for all multiple-choice questions, with pie charts and bar charts.
Data Export
Data can be exported on-demand to Excel, Access or any CSV compatible application. For automated export, see the connectors in our integration options page.
